"My family and I had a fantastic time staying at the Weir House. Our only regret was that we could only stay one. "The Grand Argyle Resort & Villas was a beautiful location. Our room was very clean and spacious. The food was excellent and the staff were extremely kind and accommodating. There was a pool table located upstairs and an outdoor pool, however, it was not clean enough to enter. We did enjoy walking around the property and site seeing. The area offers spectacular views! I would recommend this hotel to others! "

"This place is truly a hidden gem, and the staff is absolutely incredible! It should be on everyone’s list when visiting Sri Lanka. The owner is wonderful; she invited my friend and me for tea, picked us up in her SUV since our tuk-tuk couldn't make it up the hill due to an earlier accident, and welcomed us warmly despite our late check-in. She even called the staff in to prepare a delicious dinner for us, including an amazing spread of fried rice fit for a feast. The staff then helped drive our tuk-tuk up to the property and prepared an incredible breakfast for us the next morning. The service was exceptional, and the views from our room overlooking the water were breathtaking. I highly recommend staying here!"
