"Main building facilities/furniture in the room are worn out, toilet has foul spell, room is smaller the some similar size hotel. Minimum staff interaction as reception is just for checking in. . Train station is further away although one of the underground exit is nearby. The only convenience is the airport limo bus stops in front of the hotel. I travelled to Japan every year and there are better ones compared in the usual range of standard room price/style. Was Not a comfortable 2 night stay for me, so definitely not coming back. "

"The location for Hotel Gracery was very convenient. You are walking distance to the subway and to places of interest. The comfort double room is small so I would definitely get at comfort twin room for more room. I would definitely request more pillows and blanket."

"Beautiful hotel, very comfortable room and quiet neighborhood which I loved. Excellent location, the train station is only a 5 minute walk away, the hotel provides toiletries and tea and coffee. were amazing and the staff superb. Will definitely stay here again for sure whenever I visit Tokyo. Definitely a 5 + star hotel "

"Beautiful luxury hotel. The room was spacious for our family of 4. The hotel is a very large property with a Lawsons and bowling alley inside. There is an onsen and gym but the onsen incurred a fee to use it and the gym didn’t allow anyone under 20 yrs old. Breakfast that was included consisted of 3 different restaurants to choose from. We only tried the American ones but they still included Japanese options. Be aware that the Sky Bar has gorgeous views of the Tokyo Tower but drinks are crazy expensive. We just sat at the bar which was free but they charge you a fee for seating near the window or at a sofa lounge. Location was decent and near a subway station entrance. We would stay here again. "
