"Service from staff was pretty average but the actual property itself left me ruined my experience and cause me to check out early. I should have been suspicious when I saw more than usual industrial rodent traps(roughly a dozen). While the property itself looks an interesting concept I ended up with a room where the first set of electronics didn't work and after staff couldn't figure it out either they moved me to a new room. Great right?! Not so much when I was awakened at 6:25am by a mouse...

"The hotel was good, good location, walking distance to the nearest train railway stops and near the airport. Staff tried to do their best to assist you with any issues, including when providing good guidance how to move around. Communication between shifts at lobby needs a bit of improvement."

"The room was dirty we couldn’t get towels everyday we had to go to the front desk for towels. We had 3 days of towels in our room that they wouldn’t pick up. We had our room cleaned 2 times. The front desk staff were very nice. But what they said didn’t happen. The cleaning staff were rude. The manager Leslie refunded one night. I have cancer and need clear invitement. This entire 5 days were definitely not what we expected .We didn’t come home to last every day so we didn’t have to be in that...

"Low budget hotel with decent rooms and convenient airport shuttle. I went there to attend a world cup game and it was very helpful to find out that there is an iron and iron board to iron clothes. Yes, the room is carpeted and the carpet looks dirty. But they try their best to keep the room clean. For the price, it was good. The continental breakfast was not bad. The A/C is very powerful and my son enjoy the television with a good variety of chanels available. Another plus is that all floors...

"This is a wonderful place to stay for the weekend. We stayed only one night and if needed we could have stayed long. Next time we are in Philly we will absolutely stay there again. It’s no frills but doesn’t need to be!"

"We had a bunk room, it's a bit narrow so if you have a lot of luggage you may wish to go for a larger room. It was fine for us with 2 standard suitcases. Obsessed with the complimentary wash products provided. The cafe downstairs is perfectly situated and has a decent menu. The yoghurt parfait with gluten free granola was a favourite."
