Great property and staff is very communicative! Easy to check-in/check-out. We were late to check in and had an issue with the lock accessing our keys. We could reach out to them easily, and staff was there to help in 5-7mins. 10/10 recommend if you're looking for a group stay.

Liked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities, communication
Super close to lifts, and restaurants. A little rough around the edges, but most things were fine. Appliances were all nice, and t.v. was modern. To nitpick (since you asked), my biggest complaint would be that there wasn't a clean sponge in the kitchen sink, and the only cooking pot available for cooking would have been rejected from a second-hand store. I don't expect too much from rentals (ie, I usually bring my own knives and basic cooking supplies), but I want at least basic quality pots and pans. The good news is, they were very responsive and brought me one (that really surprised me, because figured I was responding to a black hole text). But, still no fresh sponge (or any sponge)... such a little a perk. However, there was plenty of dishwashing detergent, and soap in bathrooms, so that is better than many places I visit. Anyway, I would choose to go there again.
