"Staff were amazing. We were arriving late but got held up in UK where our flight was delayed over 3 hours. The hotel phoned us to check we were ok and talked us through key collection as we were arriving after reception closed. They also sent the info by text. Hotel was further away from Copenhagen airport than we realised but staff told us next day that if we had phoned them they would have transferred us to a closer hotel. Staff on reception were so helpful and contacted car hire company next day to explain we would be a bit later. They gave my husband detailed directions on how to get to the hire company and let us check out a bit later as we were travelling with children. Could not fault their service. Room was really nice and area around hotel very pretty."

"Bed was nice and hard, we had a great night of sleep. The breakfast was excellent, but we would have preferrred some real bacon and sauseges instead of turkey or chicken. Pricepoint was acceptable."

"It was great One question Why the balconies don’t have cover so you can sit outside and watch the rain. The chairs are there but it isn’t covered on top"
