"We booked 2 suites. The room was clean and spacious, but decor very stark and minimalist. The bathroom is black and dark. The amount of lights in the room could be increased. There's a great coffee machine in the room, but no milk. No shower cap in the room or at the front desk. The hotel lobby has one very interesting sofa, which is hugely uncomfortable. All in all very chic, but lacking warmth and life."

"I must say the staff at reception were absolutely fantastic. I like English breakfast tea and there was never a problem bringing me teabags up at the room, We stayed for five nights on the fourth night. We both noticed the noise coming from the overhead heating air-conditioning grill panel and we had it all switched off so I mentioned it’s the reception and they suggested we could leave all our stuff in the room and they give us another room on the same floor, which was wonderful of them so we...
