"The property had everything you need. Great customer service, close options for paid parking and the staff recommended places free parking on weekends. "Mama Shelter is conveniently located in Kirchberg, close to the tramway line. The hotel is very modern and cosy, the rooms are comfortable and generous. The restaurant and bar as well as the bakery are all good with a tasty modern and fun atmosphere. We stayed in 2 connecting rooms with our 2 daughters. Our kids just loved the fun and cool vibe of this wonderful and not too expensive hotel. We will be back for sure !"

"Fabulous view and good hotel. We live the bathtub in the hotel and we couldn’t get enough of the view. We were a bit unlucky because the lawnmowers started to mow early in the morning. But that is not the fault of the hotel. Also at night there were lots of people outside, making noise, that woke us up a couple of times. Also not the fault of the hotel. Al the noise could have been a bit softer of we would have closed the door, and we didn’t.. so conclusion: very beautiful place "
