"We had a small situation where when we switched off the A/C the whole room was dripping water as later I found out that the walls are made out of clay. So all our bags and the entire room got watery…but other than that, staff was extremely professional and friendly, location is beautiful as well. Wish the parking situation was better, overall it was a great stay"

"We were disappointed on arrival at the hotel insects in room and broken electric socket broken and very limited choice of food. Spoke to the assistant manager who was extremely apologetic and arranged to change us to an upgraded room and for us to eat at their sister hotel next door.
