"The exterior of the Inn could benefit from some improvements. First impressions matter, and on arrival we were concerned it might be a little run down. Thankfully, this wasn’t the case — our room was pleasant, comfortable, and spacious enough for a one‑night stay. The only downside was that the coffee and tea facilities were very limited, with just two sachets and a few milk capsules, and as the Inn closes early there was no staff around in the evening to ask for more. "This property is perfectly situated in downtown Stirling. The staff were exceptional. The price was a little higher than our budget but, because of reviews, we chose it. The bathroom could use a little updating. We stayed in a suite in which the bunkbed room looked bigger online than it really was and the bunkbeds were a bit uncomfortable. The full bed though was extremely comfortable. The breakfast provided was standard Scottish fare and pretty good. The staff though really were the winners...
