"Recently stayed here with my husband, infant son and my parents. We opted to stay in this apartment over a hotel so we could all be together in the one space. "I booked "University of Galway Apartments" thinking that I would get an apartment. My wife teaches a summer course at Galway and my son and I stayed with her in her four-bedroom apartment last year. Much to my surprise, this year my son and I didn't get an apartment ... we got a single dormitory room in Dunlin Village. A single dormitory room with a small bed and a chair and nothing else. No coffeemaker, no nothing. Just towels, soap, body wash. Amazingly, this was billed as a "deluxe"...

"The Kinvara Guesthouse is a jewel. It's big-city lodging in a small, cozy Irish town. It's the kind of town one sees in Irish travel books and brochures.
