"Clean room; but noisy with street level late night noise of people yelling on a Thursday night even with windows closed & drapes drawn. We were placed on 2nd floor & noise carried up; waking us up including my light sleeper spouse at 1am. 2 maintenance issues: The shower door leaked out water to the bathroom floor- found the plastic door stripping was in need of replacement which was peeling off. The room drapes appeared ready to fall off the rod- difficult to close/open as these are 10 feet high drapes."

"Hotel was great, lobby ambience was elegant and unexpected coming in, clean, quiet. Had a wonderful airport drop off experience, shuttle driver was friendly and went above and beyond. 20 minutes or so from the airport, nice area to walk down to waterfront and have dinner."

"Gorgeous hotel with great spa and restaurant. It’s in a very good location if you want to be in the main touristy/visitor part of town. If you want to be in a locals part of town, this is the wrong place."

"Rooms are OK even if water is always slipping from the shower. Breakfast is not the best aspect of this hotel. Last time I found dirty towels and sheets. They also offer a voucher for who doesn’t request the room cleaning, which is a nice initiative. On the other hand they have many limitations of its usage making less useful. So after you fall in the trick you don’t do it or at least only for the environment."
