The staff was wonderful. The house was charming and has an interesting history. Very close the down town. We stayed in the library room. Cleanliness I'd give it an 8/10. I had to move the end table as my phone cord fell behind it. A lot of dust bunnies behind there. Continental breakfast was good. ...

Holiday Inn Kingston Waterfront by IHG
All of the carpets smell and should be replaced. Staff were excellent. Especially the ladies working the breakfast area. Food was ok. Parking is way too expensive and should be included in the price of the room.
