The staff are rude not very accomadating they dont answer the phone waited 20+mins for the lift at times you have to vaccumm the entire apartment take the rubbish out and strip the beds before departure the wifi doesnt work at all the room had a wet carpet oddor The doors are rediculously heavy so hard to get luggage in to room

9時台の国際線に乗る予定だったので、早朝に市内を出るより楽かなと思いこちらのホテルを予約しました。IBISと同じフロントであることに戸惑いましたが、すぐにチェックインも分かり、翌朝もシャトルバスでT2まで送迎してもらえたので助かりました。新しいホテルでとても綺麗な上、周りの音も聞こえずとても快適でした。
