"location, clean room and good breakfast choices "

"From the moment we walked in the front door, we were thrilled with our stay. The gentleman at the front desk during check-in was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The lobby was clean. Our sixth floor room was immaculate. The only thing we weren't struck on was the dated jacuzzi tub in the room. While it was not in working order, we know how difficult the jets can be to clean properly (we used to own the exact same tub).That being said, it was our only "complaint". Every staff member we encountered was friendly and warm. Even the elevator and corridors smelled and appeared clean. The restaurant downstairs served delicious, reasonably priced food. Don't be fooled by the "fancy" appearance; the restaurant was welcoming and accessible. The front desk clerk happily helped us secure transportation to a nearby venue for a concert. Check-out the next morning was smooth and pleasant. We enjoyed a king sized room and found the price to be overly affordable. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to return again if we were back in Saint John for an event at TD Station."

"Comfortable bed, easy check in, good dinner and breakfast at MIX… overall a great hotel to stay at, right downtown. Valet parking was $35( they told me it was 31 but then added taxes on top :(- Seems pricey to me :(- but you have a choice for no valet, at $19- but I’m sure plus tax :) but all in all a nice Hotel and all staff very were very pleasant and cheery."
