This is not your typical new feeling Holiday Inn Express. It is actually very outdated in the rooms, decor, pool, etc but it was comfortable & clean & nothing wrong at all. In fact the bed was really comfortable! And the staff was nice.

The room was very clean, so I tipped the maid. The bed was good. The entire hotel is in poor repair and shabby. The entry needed sweeping. The one elevator had a tile duct-taped in place. There was a broken water cooler and broken ice macine near the elevator. The hall carpets were worn. The lobby and breakfast area had no air conditioning (in Arizona).

We’ve stayed here twice so far, and each time it has been a wonderful experience. The front desk is always helpful and kind. The breakfast can’t be beat, and our kids love the indoor pool. Definitely our go to hotel when we are in the area.
