Nice vintage motel , rooms well equipped, clean. Just wish the pool were in operation I chose this property because it had a pool but it was not functional. Close to a good steakhouse in walking distance where the food was great! The host was charming and provided interesting rid bits of info on Kingman

The lobby was a turn-off, but the rooms were cute with a Route 66 theme. Loved how the outside walls were painted in a ‘50’s theme. Very unique place to stay
The man we checked in with was excellent! He gave us a lot of information, history of the town and surrounding area, and a few jokes! The room was hot, not very clean, and impractical in its set up.
Such a great welcome. A brief history of Kingman and the property is full of so many photo ops the room was spotless everything worked great highly recommend if you are traveling to kingman. A great stay for a great value
Check in was great. We had an entertaining check-in and received lots of information about the hotel, the city and points of interest. Hotel was a nostalgic motel from the 1950’s but was clean and safe.

What a beautiful couple who are actually owner of this motel. Sam and Monica. They described me the history of route 66 that I never knew. My son was too excited after knowing the history of Kingman. Hotel rooms are little bit outdated but we were there for overnight stay. 🏨🛌
Additional tip- Visit the Punjabi Dhaba restaurant 10 mins away from this Motel. Amazing Indian food. Options are limited but taste was amazing. 🍜🌶️
This spot had a lot of charm and character! The owner was very knowledgeable about the hotel, the area as well as surrounding areas. This was one of the most fun stops on our trip!
The hotel is historic so it could be thought of as a bit rustic but it doesn't feel like it.
Lovely hosts that took time to explain Kingman history and provide dining recommendations! Fun hotel that gives you the feeling of Route 66 days…nostalgia is a big theme.
Place was kind of run down considering it is supposed to be a Route 66 landmark and destination. Owner was very nice and informative about local sites and history.

I love the owners they are the sweetest people! The rooms are cute but need a huge update and really deep clean.
An amazing and authentic Route 66 motel. Hosts were fun, friendly and welcoming. Gave some really useful information about Kingman and made the check in experience fun and memorable compared to most places. The room was quirky and felt really original like a time capsule. I'm glad route 66 still has places like this.

Funky and old but has some playfulness and Route 66 vibe. Very informative check in with all of the local bars and restaurants.
Sam, the proprietor, is extremely knowledgeable of El Travatore’s past history and he’s very knowledgeable of Kingman and the surrounds. If you are looking for an authentic experience this historic hotel is the real deal! I’m tired of the chain hotels, and am enjoying the history of the El Trovatore!

Nice enough - a little rund down, but clean and more of an experience. The AC was very noisy, but it worked.
