"The hotel is very falsely advertised. The room is very small to the point of being very cramped for even one person. For what you pay a night you could get a room twice as big. The listing advertised soundproofing but the soundproofing is nonexistent. You hear everything the people around you are doing even flushing the toilet. I was on a higher floor but the street noise was still pretty loud so I'm assuming it's even worse on a lower floor. I got the room for the "city view" but the only thing...

"The hotel staff said in check in that breakfast was included. However when we went for breakfast they said it wasn’t and we had to scurry to find and eat breakfast before our taxi to the airport. Very frustrating"

"Lovely hotel with very helpful staff on reception, with a very quick and efficient check in. Room was very modern and spacious. Large bathroom with seperate shower, toilet and large bath. Location fabulous for getting around Sydney, close to station and light rail. Lots of restaurants, cafes and bars close by."

"This was a huge let down as I booked it for a few friends for my birthday. The lighting in the room is very dim, but not in a good way (it felt very cold). The living space seemed like it wasn't swept and the couch looked stained. It all made for an uncomfortable experience."

"Clean and comfortable accomodation close to The Rocks, Circular Quay and transport. We stayed during Vivid so the area was busy until about 11pm each night but got quiet after this and is a lovely quiet area in the morning. Rooms were clean and comfy, with a few creature comfort and reasonably priced per night. Lots of stairs to walk up to get to the accommodation areas (being an older building there is no lift) so not suited if you have mobility issues. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would...
