"My girlfriend is currently using a wheelchair. Unknowingly booked a room that was second floor in a terrible steep winding staircase that was impossible for her to get to. No elevator. Spoke with the motel clerk to simply cancel and he basically said to forget about that. Won’t happen. We’re currently fighting this. "The room was clean and comfortable, and overall it was good value for the price. The building has some older charm, so the floors were a little uneven and the stairs up to the room were quite steep. The walls were also a bit thin, so we could hear people talking in the next room. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and felt it was reasonable for the price.
