"Location is excellent. Rooms are well equipped but slightly cramped with a total of 3 chairs, small coffee table and the desk. Bed was wonderfully comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic: choice of two restaurants - buffet and Japanese set. Tried both, and enjoyed both. There isnโt a gym or Onsen (which I knew). Unfortunately, the two rooms opposite me were inconsiderate and kept their doors on the latch, going in and out, and talking loudly. This happened two nights running. I called reception, and they sent someone to speak to me, and then to the rooms opposite. Unfortunately this was short lived and they continued to be noisy until 1am. Not the fault of the hotel but they should have checked in and patrolled the corridor."

"The hotel was excellent. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring Sapporo. The staff were friendly and helpful, and there were plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, and stores within easy walking distance. I would definitely stay here again."
