"Everything was exceptional, the only problem was we couldn’t use the pool or hot tub when we returned back to the hotel around 10:15 pm I was so disappointed a hot tub would of been perfect way to end the evening. "

"The first room I was assigned had a smell of cigarette smoke although it was very clean. Mary, the manager at the desk, reassigned me a very nice room & was very apologetic. I have no doubt she followed up & made sure the no smoking policy was followed by all guests. She was very accommodating. "

"Room was clean and had all the things I wanted. However, if you have a west facing room (towards the Red Carpet bar), late at night on the weekends you can hear everyone out and about. Otherwise everything else way great and we didnt hear other patrons in the hotel which is always a plus. "

"Very helpful staff, wonderful restaurant on-site, emasculate beautiful rooms, and a gorgeous lobby area. This is my favorite hotel in the St. Cloud / Waite Park area by far. Easy parking, safe, and quiet."
