"We had an excellent stay at the Firecastle rooms and we will definitely return. Very clean room- spotless. I spoke to the lady cleaning the rooms in the morning and she was very helpful and pleasant. The staff in the downstairs restaurant (Harte's) and the delicatessen were all very accommodating. It was a truly excellent place to stay and we are fussy! Thank you. Ps. The Nespresso coffee machine was also amazing."

"The beds were lovely & comfortable. The room including bathroom were very clean. The staff were very helpful, especially as our tv didnt work properly. They couldnt fix it & apologised then gave us complimentary drinks including a bottle of wine at dinner. The kettle was also broken but they were able to replace it. The food was excellent.
