"Amazing"

"Could not check in after 5 lost my reservation.. left me outside instead of helping me firgure out why my reservation was lost even tho I had a reservation number.. front desk said we don’t have this reservation and walked out because they was closing in a few. She didn’t want to help so she disappeared until closing and left me outside..!!!"

"I stayed here for one night on May 13. I am a single senior woman. I arrived about 2 PM and checked in. Went to visit my friend and returned about 9 PM. I parked in the back parking lot as instructed and there was a man peeing in the corner by the fence. He was so drunk he could hardly stand up! I did not feel safe getting out of my car to go to the door! So I went back to the front parking lot and parked there. If I hadn’t had that experience it would’ve been a great stay. The motel itself was clean. People were courteous, and the breakfast looked great."

"It was close to shopping centers. Their were roaches in my room no utensils for cooking.A stove top, microwave,coffee maker and refrigerator was provided.I did not like the smell of the room."

"The staff was amazing especially Kayla at the front desk. She accomodated us to be closer to our family that was also staying there. She went above and beyond. I hope they see this review!"

"Bed was so uncomfortable and the hallways were warm, humid and musty smelling. Not at ALL what I expected from a Holliday Inn....."
