"Nice stay right in heart of Dublin and temple bar area is a straight short walk. Very clean, breakfast was the best we had in our entire trip to Ireland and so plentiful. The only odd thing was the check in-it was a self service kiosk where you had to create your own room keys but there were 3 staff standing 5 ft away from you at a desk who did not help but watched you? The kiosk did not tell you if you pre booked breakfast, what time the breakfast was served nor when the check out time was. We...

"Front desk staff extremely unfriendly. It was as if we were disrupting them when we were trying to check-in. Hotel was nice and we enjoyed our stay but disappointed with first impressions. "

"My only complaint would be the 25e charge for the hydrotherapy. I have stayed at many comparable properties that do not charge for hotel guests. It was lovely however and we enjoyed it very much. "

"This place is very convenient for shopping and night life. the cleanliness was a bit poor and for anyone who likes space in their rooms this is def not for you. The rooms were incredibly small. There is room to put a piece of your luggage beside the bed that is it. The pictures online are not accurate with the space it is showing by any means. Lifts were broken and I had a 3rd floor room. Good place to stay if you are just there to live the night life in the Temple Bar area. 3 stars at best for...
