The lady at the front desk when we first got there seemed to be a little cranky. The rest of the staff was nice. Pool was green. They said it was closed. But could go to a different hotel to use their pool. There is no microwave or coffee maker in the rooms. They are paining the rooms. And not much for breakfast.

My stay at hotel spark was okay. Check in was simple and quick, the room appeared clean and recently renovated. The pool was not useable and looked very dirty when we walked by, was disappointed it could not be used as it was still summer and was hoping to swim during our vacation in case the beach waves were too rough. Housekeeping did not come by and make the beds and clean or take out the trash during our stay which was disappointing as well. Overall the hotel and the staff were ok and the remodel looks good, but we did see a huge roach in our room during our stay so while the hotel looks nice, it is still very much a 2 star hotel and will likely not return. Parking was free and there was plenty.

My family and I had a late check-in. The room we we assigned smelled like 12 cats urinated in there. I immediately went to front desk and we had to take a king size room, instead of a double bed room. I didn’t care at the time bc I just did not want to deal with the foul smell and was exhausted. Bed slept fine, water damage on ceiling though which we overlooked. In the morning I went to take a shower and that sent me over the edge with the shower head being damaged and water just dripping out. I went and confronted the front desk and they could of cared less. Just took my name and number and I have yet to heard anything from them. NOT HILTON STANDARDS!!!!

Room was clean. View was great. Staff friendly. Pool closed. No microwave in room. Doors slam all night. Even though pot is legal, I didn't want to constantly smell it. Smell was in the hall outside of rooms. It was smoked by many on the balcony, to the point you really couldn't enjoy the ocean but from inside through the window. Breakfast was very, very minimal: bagels, muffins, cereal, fruit which was very overripe and full of fruit flies, oatmeal, and yogurt. nuts and fruit toppings that went in the yogurt were by the fresh fruit with the lids off so they were also covered in fruit flies.

The hotel has only been open for a month. They are still working out the kinks. Difficulty with the Internet, shower gel and shampoo dispensers and the faucet in the tub. little quirky things that can be fixed. The pool was not optional, but I wasn’t there for the pool. I was there for the ocean.

We were really thrilled to be staying right on the beach. Their pool area was closed and there was no where to wash off all the sand from the beach. We weren't super impressed with the hotel and staff. The room was nice though!

The hotel is new and undergoing a lot of renovations. It was clean and conveniently located. The pool and elevator were both out of order due to repairs/renovations. Breakfast was minimal, but good quality.

When we checked in the elevator was out of service and the desk clerk was very helpful in moving us to a first floor room. The breakfast offering was good and as stated on the website; bagels and other easy breakfast items. It appears that the facility is still undergoing renovations, our shower had unfinished edges but it was clean and great water pressure and hot water.
