"Check in was grand, staff were nice but it would have been nice to know that the roads all around were blocked off due to so parking was not possible in the way described on the website. The description I read said tranquil oasis - I found it to be nothing of the sort with a large party on when I arrived, with music being heard in my room until just after midnight. I just wanted to go to sleep. The room was lovely (a city pod) larger than expected and with plenty of towels and water - the TV kept switching off and I had to stand on a chair to pull the shutter and window closed, and to reach the towels for some reason (I am 5'4, but the towel shelf was pretty high up the wall), but overall it was comfy, dark, quiet once the party had finished and the bathroom was fresh and clean. Also, nice to have a 12noon check out. "
