"Breakfast was excellent. I couldn't get a warm shower; the water was only slightly warm. Some of the furniture was a little dusty in the corners. The halls were quiet. The location was convenient."

"During my visit, I experienced interactions from some staff members that felt unwelcoming and unprofessional. At times, their behavior made me and others feel uncomfortable in a way that was difficult to ignore.
I was in town to celebrate a significant milestone—my doctorate graduation—and I found the service experience disappointing overall. I would appreciate it if management could review the incident, including camera footage from my visit, to better understand what occurred.
I am not certain of the staff member’s name, but I believe additional training and development may be needed to ensure a more consistent and respectful guest experience going forward.
Based on this experience, I am hesitant to return unless improvements are made."
"This is not a complete review.
Almost everything was just fine, However, I was disappointed in three things:
1. The in-room fridge did not have a freezer compartment
2. The ventilation system in the bathroom was inadequate. It was not able to remove excess steam when using the shower.
3. There was no half and half or whole milk available for coffee at breakfast--just CoffeeMate products instead of real dairy products.
On this same trip my husband and I also stayed at a Comfort Inn and a very nice Super 8, both of which were less expensive that the Hampton Inn in Lafayette IN, and did not disappoint me in the ways that the Hampton Inn did."
