Hotels near Pulenta Estate Winery

"I was delighted with this hotel. It exceeded my expectations as it’s more upscale than I anticipated, based on the pictures I’ve seen before I booked. In addition, I wasn’t aware that they have their own winery and their vineyard is located elsewhere. In fact we tasted their Malbec and Sémillon blend during their nightly wine hour and it was nice. Another thing I didn’t know until I got there is that it is a gated property and it’s in a residential area. But the town center is within walking distance. There are restaurants nearby. Tip: when you first arrive have your taxi drive up to the end of the driveway to facilitate baggage drop off. The staff is super warm, friendly and helpful. Before our trip I wanted to rent bikes and go to a winery I had in mind to have a picnic. But the hotel informed me that the route to that winery was not safe and offered a couple of suggestions instead. When I liked one of them but had an issue making a lunch reservation online, they made it for us. That winery turned out to be another delight and the bike ride was stress-free as there are dedicated bike lanes and it provided beautiful views of the Andes. During our stay we also booked in-room massages which were well priced. Breakfast was extraordinary. I definitely recommend this hotel. "

"Rincon del Malvec is an excellent place to stay, relax and enjoy the amazing mountain views as well as the vineyards! Horacio, the owner is an amazing host that he makes you feel like family! He prepared us a welcome drink and empanadas he prepared himself and was all amazing! He's got a very cute dog, Matilda and lovely cat as well that are as welcoming as Horacio! He also provided us with transportation to and from another winery which was excellent. He's got a nice restaurant and he prepared things all from locally sourced ingredients. His wines are Soo good so make sure you try them ! I also bought a couple of his bottles to take with me! The place so quiet an you can just relax watching the mountains. Next day he prepared us breakfast on our request and even his home made bread was absolutely amazing. The rooms are super spacious, very modern, new and clean. "

"This was a great place to stay. Staff were always ready to help answer questions, book something, or offer ideas for things to do. The breakfast was great too, eggs, pastries, and other European-type offerings. It was close to things to do etc...I know it said things are with in walking distance which they are, but my wife and I both...After we went out the first time to walk to things, I said we should have driven (we are American after all:-)). It was located, which i think is normal, back in a quiet neighborhood. "
