"部屋からの景観は最高でしたが、それ以外は良くなかったです。普通のホテルのようなフロントがあってチェックインする方法と全く違い、建物に到着したら連絡をし、担当の方が代理でチェックインした後ルームキーを渡しにきてくれるというシステムであり、それを理解するのにすごく時間がかかりました。そして担当の方とやり取りするコミュニケーションツールが電話しかなく、かなり苦慮しました。その後、シャワーのお湯が弱く問い合わせしましたが、もちろん返事が帰返ってくることはなく、早く違うホテルにいきたかったです。景観はバッチリで花火も見れたため、景観以外は何とも言えない状況でした。"
