"Lovely and clean room, well equipped. The washing machine was convenient. Had lunch at the restaurant when we arrived and Ricardo was amazing and very helpful. Breakfast was great, they change the Asian dishes on a daily basis, which was great. Only small issue is there's only one coffee machine and even though there was a jug of coffee on the side, can get pretty crowded during busy times. "I had such a wonderful stay here, truly a lucky choice! The hotel is comfortable, clean, and overall exceeded my expectations. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. I even got lost on my way back, and one of the staff members came to pick me up on a motorbike and brought me safely back to the hotel. Thank you for the warm hospitality. I’m very satisfied and would definitely stay here again!"

"Sophisticated yet cozy. Service was top notch. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Great central bustling location but quiet and peaceful inside the hotel. An example of the great service: I was not feeling well from a stomach bug I caught at a previous hotel; the manager noticed I wasn't eating much at breakfast and I told her the sickness was the reason. She took it upon herself to make me ginger and honey tea as well as to provide me the ingredients to-go so I could make more later. The tea really helped."
