"The room was nice. It did feel like the floor slanted toward the bathroom which was odd. The staff was nice. The breakfast was amazing! There were so many items to choose from. I wish the coffee was a little stronger and would have liked half and half instead of little packets of creamer. The location was great for going into town, or catching the ferry. "Lady at front desk was polite. They placed a $100 incidental charge on my credit card, not a big deal but i prepaid for the room and all they need to do is tell you at the time. Breakfast is cereal, toast and bagels, oj, some bananas and yogurt. Room was mediocre. Some rough spots but okay overall. Note: the building is modest and located in a rear parking lot behind a Dennys which isn't clear from the photos online. For the same price there are nicer hotels nearby."

"Hotel was clean and well equiped. Room was large and air conditioning good. Walls are thin so we could hear lots of noise from upstairs and the corridor. Location of the hotel is ok, 30min walk to Lynnwood station to access the city, so best uber it to the station. Overall a good hotel, would use again if in Seattle"

"The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Sadly the TV channels did not match my taste. Plenty of FOX stations but no CNN or MSNBC. Breakfast choices were good and plentiful. There is a bar with Trivia on Fridays and music on Saturday evenings. Overall in my opinion it is a good hotel. The room just needs to be updated."

"I enjoyed my room, not bad for a one night stay. The only thing that turned me off about my room was that I found stray hairs in the bathtub as well as on the cleaned sheets, and the floor was still a bit dirty after I arrived. I felt a little sketched out with the parking, but I didn't have anything happen to me or my car, so it was fine. The breakfast was good! The staff were all polite and helpful."

"The good: Room was clean and staff were wonderful. There is a large overflow parking lot with plenty of room to park. A back door opens right onto Interurban Trail. There is a cafe in the lobby with a limited selection of Starbucks drinks, sandwiches and your typical egg and bacon breakfast fare. The bad: One of the elevators was down during my stay and the other was doing overtime with a long wait while it stopped at several floors. "Great hotel, clean, conveniently located. Decent breakfast. Nice staff."

"The bathtub did not drain properly and sand was in the tub. The rooms were not soundproofed well that you can hear footsteps from the upper floor; we woke up because of footstep noise at 2:00am. We had to move to another hotel for better sleep and rest."

"Property location was probably the best thing about this hotel. The rooms were fairly dated. The seating was uncomfortable. I had to call maintenance to address the air conditioning, because it was not cooling properly. The breakfast was just okay, nothing special. There is construction ongoing, so everything was torn apart and just didn't look great. If you are staying in this area, I would shop around a bit before booking at this hotel. "The staff were amazing"

"My feet stuck to the room floor so I mopped the room four times. All four times the towels turned black from dirt on floor. I have never rented a dirtier room. Pubic hairs on stove and counter. Broken table leg and more. The motel was obviously housing homeless. Lots of drug activity. Very rude disconcerting staff. Worst stay ever. So very dirty."
