"The hotel was situated in a secluded area, separated from the rest of the town. The staff members were exceptional - they treated me like family. Every single person, from the employees on the 17th-floor bar to those at the front desk, was incredibly sweet, well-mannered, polite, and helpful. "What a fantastic trip. The service from the staff from start to finish was exemplary. Pick up was a shared limousine van. Pure luxury for the 2.5-3 hour transfer. "Very nice homestay, in a gorgeous area. The accomodations were spacious and had lovely terraces; the gardens were beautiful and the food was excellent. I would recommend eating with the other guests at the homestay. The staff was lovely and helpful. But, it was fairly difficult getting to the homestay (ferry to CatBa, drive across the Island, another ferry to LanHa) so keep that in mind."
