"This was our rescue hotel after the one I originally booked was not as it seemed😮‍💨. I should have booked this one from the beginning. The breakfast (kosher), had many food varieties and was delicious. Breakfast staff (elderly man), was really sweet and helpful! The hotel stored our luggage in the morning while we went on a tour. Location was right smack on the pedestrian strip that could take you to Old Jerusalem in minutes, by foot. Many shopping and dining options close by and that closed...

"The staff were helpful, the dining options were great, its proximity to the Old City was perfect. I was most impressed that Mass was said in the beautiful Chapel every evening. If you're in Jerusalem on pilgrimage, this is the place to stay."

"This hotel is a gem. Great, central location in Jerusalem and right inside Jaffa Gate. Safe, clean and comfortable. Terric breakfast included. Every staff person i interacted with was friendly, helpful and kind. The building itself dates from the 1880s which gives it charm and authenticity, but my room & bathroom were clearly 21st century. AC included. No elevator, so be prepared to climb stairs. The front desk man helped me & several others carry our bags. Lovely hotel. I will be back."

"Lily & Bloom was an excellent introduction to the wonder that is Israel. I felt completely safe there and in exploring the surrounding areas. The concierge staff made our stay a pleasure, especially Avi and Ya'el. They were both so attentive in helping us find our way around Tel Aviv. I appreciate how clean, well-maintained and open the hotel was. I felt so pampered, from the bed linens down to the shower products. The breakfast that was included was delicious.
