"Rooms and beds look very old. Room smell was not good. Breakfast items were very very limited and no parking available"

"I would give this place 4.25 stars in actuality. It's pretty, they have an hourly shuttle to and from Key West, there was plenty of parking in the garage, they have boat tours that you can take right on the grounds, the shower was large, and overall the room was nice. The elevator was very slow and sounded like metal grinding which was concerning and the toilet didn't flush right. If they did a tad more updating it would be much nicer but overall we weren't disappointed with our stay. We also ate at their restaurant. We had the waffle which was rubbery but the fruit was fresh. The waiter however was wonderful. I would say it's worth a stay."

"We enjoyed our stay at Southernmost Duval guesthouse. The guesthouse was beautiful and very private and clean. We were slightly disappointed that we were so far from the resort and all the amenities. Next time we will know how to book a room at the actual resort. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality."

"The room was clean and fine enough. The outdoor area was common and offered no privacy. For some reason, there were 4 pools - but they were all very small and right next to each other, so I didn't understand the purpose. Would have preferred just one larger pool. During my stay there were a large number of European guests who had no regard for the people around them, often being loud and obnoxious. The pools close at sunset. Too early in my opinion. The one restaurant is basically just an outdoor bar with typical bar foods - overpriced and underwhelming. The property is surrounded entirely by a white picket fence and large hedges, making the property feel claustrophobic. Overall, it was fine. But I wouldn't stay again."

"Would rate it much higher but they never got the AC working right in our room. It ran but never got the room below 75 even at night. We asked 3 times for it to be checked/fixed."
