Parking was very difficult. It wasn't owned by the hotel. It was a narrow road that was only wide enough for 2 cars. It was on a first come, first served basis. All other roads nearby were full with cars so nowhere else to park. The room was small and the ensuite toilet was downstairs. Bit of an inconvenience when you have to go 3 times a night. The toilet cubicle was very small and difficult to get into to. The beds were comfortable and the breakfasts were good. Friendly staff.

Lovely place with lovely owners, everything clean and tidy, had packed lunch instead of breakfast as left early in mornings, packed lunch was good. Highly recommended.

Very hospitable, spotlessly clean, and the host had grown up in Keswick and gave me great advice about where to go. I even extended my stay I got so comfortable.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Perfect location for bagging Wainwrights around Derwentwater and Borrowdale. Alison was super helpful and breakfast was delicious - thanks!

They made us welcome and couldn’t do enough for you. Breakfast was excellent. House was nice and warm as soon as you walked in the front door.

A lovely little b&b. Perfect for our walking holiday. The hosts were super attentive and always so helpful. Umbrellas were available to borrow which was very handy. The breakfast was delicious! The bed was also really comfy and the road wasn’t loud at all. We slept really well Overall I would highly recommend

Landlady was really nice, helpful and had good knowledge of the area. Breakfast was great. Parking is on street which was busy. Great views of the fells from our bedroom. Would love to visit again
