The staff were very attentive, pleasant and efficient. The situation in the middle of the village ideal and parking on site, excellent. No dogs allowed on site which I am in favour of."

"i mean nice area outside, good for dog walking (as a dog friendly hotel kinda important). on arrival the owner stopped his car and approached stating oh keep dogs on lead. i asked why as it was an enclosed area with maybe 2 other cars in the entire car park. he moved from everywhere is dangerous to oh there is a private house over there with a another dog (obviously history here). we dutifully stayed away but i let him sniff about. hotel was super dated, marks in the bathroom, chips on the...

"There were many issues with our stay here. 1. The owners messed with our stuff while we were out. 2. The toilet could only be flushed about 1x per hour. The owner said this was normal. 3. They do not even serve breakfast much less have a free one. 4. There is no airflow in the rooms and they do not have fans. While this is a relatively cheap place to stay, you will likely pay with a lack of comfort"
