"The hotel was amazing. We received a free upgrade to a room with a private pool which was wonderful. The staff were so helpful and friendly. The environment was so serene and tranquil, perfect to relax whilst still being near Canggu. The staff were also really accommodating to our accessibility needs. Thank you! "

"Everything was amazing at Blue Karma, the bed so is comfortable, the staff is so helpful, and the food was so delicious. Their free shuttle to Seminyak squar and thr beach was a nice bonus, and there are lots of nice returants close by. Grab was easy to get, but honestly, we could have spent our entire time amd Blue Karma and not feel like we missed anything. "

"When we arrived, our bed was stained. Our pillows were stained. Our towels were dirty. Our AC was leaking or outside bed was also stained. I called the reception to let them know about our issues and there was only a security guard working and he did the best he could, which was leave a note for the staff tomorrow. There was a lot of mosquitoes and they didn’t have the light in that kills them all and we had to use the plug-in ones which didn’t work. "

"The resort was excellent, the service was outstanding. Every night there was a turn down service. This something normally for 6 star resort. The area was quite so after 7pm couldn't hear one vehicle. So if you are a quite resort perfect for couple's who just want to relax.proposed to my future wife there they made it perfect for us."
