"Very bad experience Although the staff was very nice But lots management and facility issue 1. 7 lifts CANNOT accomodate with 40+ floors of the building. Take 1 hr to get the bellboy bring the luggage up/down. Have to use stairs to parking lot. Worse situation during breakfast time and check out time 2. Breakfast area too small. CANNOT fit with number of guest. No table to sit. Empty food not top up. Long que at egg station. Breakfast substand. Nothing great with rm60 per head breakfast. Terribly overprice. Mamak breakfast so much better 3. Reception area so small. And only 3-5 workers handling check in check out. Not proportionate with high number of guests "

"The house is indeed not clean and smelly. There are still things left by the previous guest in the house, including eaten candies and used tissues. The toilet window was also broken and could not be closed. The pillows and quilts were not clean and smelly. The front desk staff were not friendly and did not smile when checking out."
