"While the room and building was full of character and history, it was also well-equipped with plenty of space and storage for travellers. The common room for guests had snacks, tea, and coffee, as well as a large fridge. The location is great, a few minutes walk to Interlaken West station and very close to a convenience store. There's a bakery just next to the building and the Interlaken Flagship shop is just down the road."

"Very comfortable hotel, all of the staff were very welcoming. Room was a nice size, I had a balcony which was a nice plus. Bed was super cozy, bathroom was fine. Breakfast was nice, had dinner one night and it was good. It’s about a 15 minute walk from the train station and a 1 minute walk to the cable car. Plenty of hiking from Murren but also access to plenty of options in the valley. "

"it is one of my favourite accommodation of my trip. the staff area so nice and it is next to the cable car station and could assets to the train station via the cable car station. I love the balcony with an amazing view of eiger mountain. there is a microwave at the breakfast area and it would be great to heat the food at the balcony of the room. the only thing I would suggest for improvement is installing a door at the bathroom. I would recommend to stay here instead of staying in the centre of...

"I absolutely love this hotel, I don’t have a negative thing to say about it. It was super clean. The staff was kind, patient, helpful and thoughtful. Breathtaking view! It’s definitely on the quiet side, which makes sense since it’s in a residential neighborhood. It is a little outdated, but I think it brings/completes its charm. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Switzerland soon 💕."

"The views of the Eiger are absolutely fantastic. Modern well provisioned rooms. We didn’t eat breakfast or use the TV lounge but both available along with communal kitchen for pm meals you can cater for yourself. Really enjoyed our stay albeit wished I’d clearly understood the bathroom was across the corridor (for our use only) and what comes with a standard room. Would have upgraded if I’d recognised this at booking. In the end no issue."
