"Our experience was Terrible. They delayed our check-in and refused to give us the room on time. When we finally got in, the room was filthy, smelled awful, and was completely messy. Even worse, someone entered our room without our permission and went through our personal belongings.
This is by far the worst hotel and the worst customer service we have ever experienced on a trip. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME ERROR. Do not be fooled by the price. It was a VERY BAD EXPERIENCE."

"The property was clean and was comfortable for 5 people. We stayed for 10 days and we loved it. The description in the website were accurate and the staff was really nice and accommodating. The mattresses weren't very comfy but they were good enough. Location was great. Will totally come again with my family. Thanks for hosting us!"

"The property location was excellent in Nachalot. It was easy to get around from here. The apartment was nicely sized and well kept. The bathroom had an excellent bathtub and shower. There was a kitchen that could be used in full capacity. I would definitely stay here again."

"The location was on an alley. The room was tiny, barely big enough to hold a bed. It smelled horrible. Communication took a half hour between messages. The key was left on the air conditioner outside then another key on a fake windowsill between the doors - anyone who had ever stayed there before would be able to come into my room. Great location, with easy walking distance to the Old City (5 minutes), Salahaddin street (2 minutes), Mamilla Mall (10-15 minutes), Yafo Street (10 minutes). Breakfast is basic but good quality. The courtyard is lovely, and a great place to relax. Wonderful place and I always enjoy my stays here."
