"The only thing we did not like is that we wished we had stayed longer. The property provided transportation from the port and to drop us off at the port upon check out. Honda was incredibly helpful, outgoing and kind to us. The property and rooms are clean. A short walk to the main tourist attraction. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. We can't thank the staff enough for going above and beyond. "
"A small hotel in a sketchy part of town. Rooms are modern and attractive but a very poor design. Toilet/bath and bed are all in one room, separated by a clear glass wall. The only way to get privacy is to close THREE blinds, and from the outside (bed side), leaving no way to enter the bathroom. "Nice location lots of restaurants and shops near by. The view is gorgeous and the open air bath with hot spring water was really nice and great after busy tour days. Breakfast was really good with lots of choices "
"The staff are kind and accomodating. We really enjoyed our stay at Mercure and a few shout outs to Kei, Suraj and Mark, who made our time away from home, feel like home. "
"I came here with my mom, we loved it here, the staff was very helpful and attentive to our needs and helped us with reservations for dinner around town. The staff runs a tight ship, everything is very organized. We appreciated the staff always checking in on us when they saw us. My mom and I were very impressed with the breakfast, ready waiting for us, it was absolutely delicious!! We felt safe here with the camera at the entrance and loved the onsight laundry. We also really appreciated the staff using the translator, that was very helpful. We had an excellent time here and love the islands beauty and culture. We would come back! "
