"We stayed here as a family of four and found the room very small, with limited space to move around comfortably. There was no clothes storage in the room, making it difficult to unpack and keep things organised, and there was also no iron available. Overall, the room felt cramped and didn’t have a great vibe for a family stay. It may be suitable for a short visit for one or two people, but families may find the room size and lack of storage challenging."

"Overall, I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The amenities were great, the location was excellent, and it was conveniently close to many restaurants and food options. The room was a little small, but it was very clean and well-maintained, which made my stay comfortable. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful. However, I was disappointed with how an issue regarding breakfast was handled. I paid for an additional person’s breakfast, but the information was not updated in their system. As a result, the staff at the restaurant initially would not allow the other person to enter for breakfast. This situation was frustrating and could have been avoided with better communication between departments. Despite this experience, the hotel’s cleanliness, amenities, and convenient location were definite highlights of my stay."

"Our regular go to hotel in Singapore. Great location within walking distance of lots of restaurants, bars, sights, Raffles, shopping mall etc. And right opposite an MRT station for trips further afield. The staff recognised us as regular guests and kindly upgraded our room."

"Staff were excellent, always very attentive and helpful and maintained great upkeep of our room while we went out. Room was spacious and had a nice view towards Marina Bay Sands. Coming back to the hotel after a long day of exploring was great as we knew we would be well looked after. Definitely enjoyed our stay and would happily come back."

"I stayed here for 2 nights last week, and i appreciate that they do the small things right. Soft closed everything, easy check-in, a welcome drink, options for pillow softness level, room slippers, good hot shower, strategically-placed plugs (and usb plugs), comfortable sheets, cold AC, filtered tap water, and a great location to explore Singapore. Thank you! We will be back!"

"Great hotel close to T1 and handy if you need to leave Changi early the next day . Bit more expensive than a hotel a couple of km’s away but the convene e of being so close is great . Good breakfast as well"

"Overall, I enjoyed staying YOTELAIR Singapore Changi Airport since it is a very convenient option for a quick layover or for catching an early flight. I was able to check in an hour early, which was greatly appreciated after a long trip. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the luggage storage service made traveling around the airport much easier. The hotel is a little on the expensive side for just sleeping, but you really can’t beat the location. It’s very close to the famous HSBC Rain Vortex at Jewel, making it easy to explore and relax during a layover. The room itself was quite small and could barely fit one person with two large suitcases, and there was no window. The AC was also quite strong, which may be comfortable for some guests. I would definitely stay here again if I have another layover in Singapore or need to catch an early flight."
