"Me and my son stayed there for 6 days and I think they cleaned our room one time. Rude staff even when I asked for fresh towels. They took double payment for the last two days and promised to refound the money but now I’ve been home for a week and have seen nothing yet."

The owner was absolutely amazing—friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. She really made us feel welcomed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely love to return. "The location was good, very closed to the ferry dock but with some steps. The staffs were very nice, they met us at the dock and sent us back to dock when we departed and helped carrrying our heavy luggage. Thank you Nat and Milton, sorry if I spelled names wrong. The included breakfast was good too. The only thing that not that good was the room size, it was the smallest among our all hotels on this trip. We could hardly open our two luggage at the same time. "The staff were so friendly and well spoken. The palace is immaculate and so clean. Easy parking right out front which was free of charge for our rental car. The hotel also has an amazing restaurant for dinner which was one of our favourite meals of the trip. The breakfast however was quite disappointing (in comparison to the calibre of our evening meals). Nothing wrong - just basic. Beautiful pool to have a lounge around with service to order drinks.
