"This was a beautiful property for its size. The room we got was enormous so that was a pleasant surprise. The staff was super nice and eager to help, but the follow through on reservations left something to be desired. We requested reservations at Indigo Restaurant at least 4 times. They took down the info, said they would call us, we’d stop back by the front desk and they were new people working and knew nothing about it, so they said they’d make the reservation and call us. We never heard a thing so we finally walked down there to request our own reservations and found we were already down, just nobody told us. Indigo is an AMAZING restaurant by the way. Great food and drinks. The pool was a serious letdown. It was a triangle of maybe 10-12 ft per side tucked back in some trees. They said there was a bar, but it was just some bottles of beer or soda with liquor bagged up to take on the “honor” system. The included breakfast was nothing but coffee, bananas and a packaged pastry. Not even fresh. However, if you went across the street to pay for breakfast, it was very good! Overall, the view was lovely, the rooms were immaculate, housekeeping kept everything nice and clean and massage services were very good, if limited on space."
