Village Heights Resort

"It was our first experience in Crete and we loved every second minute. Staff were helpful and friendly. Pools were clean and service was excellent and food was tasty. There is a good service shuttle from hotel to town centre and the beach. We booked the sun bed for the beach via hotel (free of charge) and spend a day on Combro beach which was an excellent experience. We loved the resort swimming pools and sun bed and wanted to relax and stayed most days there but if you want to have more adventures they would guide you to book different tours. We can’t recommend the resort enough."

"Can’t say enough about the staff at Cresanto, they go above and beyond. Beautiful sunrise view, you must wake up early once during your stay. Good mixture of younger and older couples. The rooms are very clean and spacious. A short walk (uphill) to Imerovigli where there are cafes and restaurants. 5/5 recommend!"

"We stayed in an Executive room for five nights. 1. We weren't told that the room is cleaned and tidied only every other day. Things like that should be mentioned in advance. 2. There was a coffee machine in the room. We ran out of coffee capsules after a day and a half. When I asked why the coffee supplies hadn't been replenished, I was told that this had to be done through room service (for a fee!)"
