"The staff were excellent. My wife is gluten and lactose intolerant and a vegetarian. We informed the desk on arrival and the chef put together a menu of dishes they could put together for her. The room was wonderful. very clean with a great view."

"I asked ChatGPT to create me an itinerary for 2 days in Jersey. It listed 3 hotels and said The Royal Yacht was the cheapest out of the 3 suggested. I booked it not expecting too much but was pleasantly surprised. The staff were lovely, the price included a free breakfast which was very good and the position of the hotel was ideal especially for Liberation square where the bus terminal resided. The hotel had a lovely spa and our room included robes and slippers for the spa which you normally only get with the more expensive rooms. Our stay was great. "

"Staff were all excellent, all very pleasant and very attentive. Turndown service every evening was especially kind. Breakfasts were fantastic with a wonderful selection of quality food. We enjoyed the beautiful sea view and balcony despite it being autumn. Swimming pool facility was excellent. Relaxing stay that could not have been much better. Bar, afternoon tea and evening meal were much enjoyed. Car parks extremely easy. Hotel steps out onto St Brelade's promenade. All areas were clean and tidy. What a super place to spend time! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you."
