"After staying in a villa on Santorini, this modern condo was a nice surprise. It was a slight walking distance into town, but once there, we experienced good restaurants, a wonderful beach and friendly people. With 3 bedrooms and 3 and 1/2 bathrooms, it was comfortable. The deck with the infinity pool was our gathering place. Be aware there are stairs to the 2 bedrooms upstairs and a bit of challenge with heavy suitcases."

"San Nectar luxury villas is exactly as it says, luxury. My girlfriend and I stayed here for 4 nights and loved it. The villa itself is extremely spacious, the villa is cleaned every single morning at no added cost, the view is amazing, the pool is perfect. It’s also a minute walk from the beach and a 10-15 minute walk from the bus stop to Fira. I would recommend a car rental for staying here, Fira is only a 5-10 minute drive away. "Great location on the mountain with amazing views of sunrise and sunset. Staff was extremely helpful arranging car service to dinner and coordinated a Car Rental for us. No restaurant on site. The staff will coordinate breakfast delivery in the morning for you. "

"The sea view pool and the landscaping were so impressive and tranquil. Wish we could have stayed longer. The Molivos apartment was very nice and relaxing with 2 bedrooms , 2 bathrooms, 2 verandas, kitchen. LR, communal pool, 2 extra sunbeds on the grass under a tree, and parking. Perfect apartment for a family or friends. We are going again in July with our 21 and 23 year old children to have quality time. Marina and the staff were very friendly. "Beautiful property. Only one issue: People smoking on their balcony/terrasse/ around the pool are really disgusting. You're quietly having a drink on the terrasse and then you recieve a big whip of smoke, you just wanna vomit. Sorry. In 2025, smoking should be totally banned on all hotel premises. This was the only negative point. Rest is wonderful. "
