"This hotel was nice for the money. The area is in the outskirts of Fira so a bit deserted around. 15 min walk to town. I was dissatisfied with the Taxi service provided by hotel gentleman was kind of rude, as they never mentioned they don’t take Mastercard and they charge an extra 5 euro to pay with card. "The property was clean and tidy. Coming during off season the pool was drained and many of the resturants around the hotel were closed, so there was a bit of a walk to get to any food accommodations. But the staff was very kind and would provide their personal phone number if they were leaving the property for any amount of time. "

"Staffs are amazing. I left my swimming suits and other stuffs in the hotel after check out but cleaning crew found them and set them aside by my luggages after check out. They were amazing. You could totally trust these crews. Demitri was also helpful in organizing the taxis and excursions. Location is great close to food and shops. Property is clean and new. View is nice, peak of ocean. Good deal for the price. "
