I don’t normally post complaints but I am in this case - the room smelt horrible - it was hot with no air - we stayed for 2 nights and nobody came to make the bed or clean the unit - the website says pool, sauna and hot tub but non of it is in operation , very misleading to people looking for a pool ...

Clarion Lakeside Inn & Conference Centre
There is still no restaurant or food services of any kind. No uber eats or skip the dishes available either. So starving is a distinct possibility if you cant go out for any reason. The service, room and hotel are otherwise very clean, comfortable, beautifully appointed and great.

Asking for a simpliest, smallest favor when booking. I did ask for a happy birthday note to the room, but they didn't do that. Some housekeeping would be nice too without asking

Timberland Inn
Clean and spacious room. Amazing take-out restaurant on site. Would be a beautiful spot to stay in the summer.
