"Had a fantastic 2 night stay for our 50th Wedding Anniversary. Our lodge was lovely, a bit tired but spotlessly clean with stunning views overlooking the Loch. The staff were all very friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. On arrival we were greeted by Arthur the Concierge, he was so lovely, helpful & extremely knowledgeable about the Castle and surrounding areas. His colleague Mike was also lovely & very helpful. The reception staff were equally lovely and we were welcomed with a very nice wee dram of whiskey which went down well. The food in the restaurant was delicious, we didn’t have one complaint. We used the Spa facilities and the staff there were also first class just a shame the cleanliness in the showers and spa bath weren’t. "

"2 nights at this beautiful located hotel. Our room was very clean, comfortable, warm and quiet. Lovely to sip a coffee and look out of the window at the loch and snow topped mountains. Excellent facilities, we enjoyed the heated pool. spa, gym while the weather did it's worst outside. The food available was excellent. Dinner first night in the Estate room which was excellent in every way. A must. Quality food and service. Second day in the Wild Brownie. Again excellent service with good food. Breakfast was also good with endless choice and great service. If you asked the staff you could pretty much get what you wanted the way you wanted it. In fact the staff through out the hotel were very helpful and friendly. Also found one or two lesser known malts in the whisky bar which was a delight. Very knowledgeable young lady serving. Special mention for the lady doing the house keeping, bedroom clean/make up. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble for her. Very helpful, Unfortunately I did not get her name. Maybe next time."
