"This was one of the worst lodging experiences we’ve ever had. We booked through Hotels.com thinking this was a hotel or private suite. Instead, it turned out to be a single bedroom and bathroom inside a shared house in the Bella Vida subdivision. The house was not clean—dirty carpets, marked walls, and bugs.
Parking was a major issue. The driveway was full, the street had “No Parking” signs, and no realistic alternative was provided. We parked our small Chevy Trax in the marked spot “E,” which...

"I left briefly after I arrived because there was people there & she did not try to work with me it was very frustrating while trying to get in contact with her she kept picking up & hanging up on my face even multiple attempts of Expedia contacting her I didn’t want a full refund because I understand her policy but she didn’t try to work with me for a solution. "The entire house was nice but what I didn’t like is that it didn’t say anything about a shared bathroom only says shared kitchen. The only thing private you have is the room. The parking is not reserved as they say, it’s a first come first serve basis and on the weekends when it’s busy your guaranteed to have no choice but to wait til midnight when they start to tow cars that didn’t have permits. We actually had a long trip and came back at 9:30pm but had to sit outside and wait til midnight....
